How often do you get the chance to measure your performance against that of an Olympian? If you're not an Olympic calibre athlete, perhaps never. Unless of course you enter the SoBe X-Country Mountain Bike Race, presented by Sprint at the Teva Mountain Games and try to pedal to the medal against 2008 Beijing Olympic Mountain Bike Team member Adam Craig.
Craig is one of the most recognizable names on the off-road cycling circuit, collecting 12 national championships titles in various disciplines of bike racing, including the 2007 and 2008 Elite U.S. National Cross Country crowns.
But Adam's competitive landscape extends beyond the world of cycling as he spends a portion of his free time serving as the co-driver of a two-man rally car racing team. In this role, he is responsible for deciphering instructions that explain what is around each blind corner and relaying them to the driver.
So clip in and tighten down that helmet because Olympian Adam Craig will be in the house when the start gun goes off for the SoBe X-Country Mountain Bike competition, presented by Sprint, on Saturday, June 6.
