The road to the podium in the Bud Light Lime 8 Ball Kayak Sprint presented by Jackson Kayak at the Teva Mountain Games geographically runs from the Covered Bridge to the International Bridge on Gore Creek through the heart of Vail. It's a short 200 meter sprint from start to finish.
On paper, things are pretty straight forward until you consider the barrage of full body armor wearing 8-ballers attempting to do whatever they can to keep you from crossing the finish.
The clip below pretty clearly shows the Gore Creek 8 Ball Kayak course before, and after we throw in the 8 balls.
