As Vail Mountain opens today for the 2009-2010 ski season we are pleased to announce the initial 2010 Bud Light Street Beat free concert schedule. This free concert series, in its 11th season, makes a great addition to a long day on Vail Mountain and is a longstanding locals favorite as well. Once again locals will be able to register to win a Volvo at each performance. The Volvo will be given away, via a "game of chance" at the final performance on April 14, 2010. The more shows you attend, and the more times you enter the better your chances...
We are still working to confirm two shows on the schedule. The first will be in conjunction with the American Ski Classic on March 18. The second is our Public Pick. Go check out the bands on the list and vote for the one you would like see play!
All shows start at 6pm somewhere in Vail. Check the schedule as we are pleased to showcase free concerts at Checkpoint Charlie, Solaris, Lionshead and Golden Peak.

The Bud Light Street Beat is going on in 2011 as well. Cricket has partnered with the Vail Valley Foundation to bring some great jam bands to the area. I'm sure you already know the drill but just in case you find more info at Street Beat Concert Series by Cricket
