Damian Woetzel Appointed to President Obama's Committee on the Arts and Humanities

Exciting news from the White House: Vail International Dance Festival Artistic Director Damian Woetzel has been appointed to President Obama's Committee on the Arts and Humanities. Word came from Washington this week as Woetzel and a panel of other leaders in the field were sworn in.

"I am deeply honored to have been selected to serve on President Obama’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities, and I look forward to working alongside my fellow members to help achieve the goals of the Committee,” said Woetzel.
