360 Degree SlopeViews Birds of Prey Build Out

The Vail Valley Foundation's newest Birds of Prey Partner SlopeViews created this immersive time lapse video showing the construction of the finish area stadium for the Audi Birds of Prey World Cup. To our knowledge, this is the first time immersive video has been used at a World Cup skiing event. Immersive video allows the viewer to control their field of view simply by clicking and dragging their mouse to look around during playback, providing an interactive, photorealistic, point-of-view experience. No other video platform puts the viewer in the director’s chair with the power to control their field of view. Whether it’s covering World Cup ski racing, filming a concert or providing an interactive video display of your products, SlopeViews captures the energy and places the viewer in the middle of the excitement.

Stay tuned for more immersive video of the Birds of Prey from the team at SlopeViews. The team has been working throughout the races capturing hours and hours of footage for a final 360 degree Birds of Prey experience. Check back in the next couple weeks for a World Cup ski racing first... fully interactive 360 video from the Audi Birds of Prey.

In the meantime, enjoy a sneak peak below. The footage below chronicles the build out of the Birds of Prey finish area.
