Congratulations go out to Mary Sweet of the St. Clare of Assisi for taking top honors in the 10-12 age group of the 5th annual Birds of Prey Art Contest.
Developed by KZYR and the Vail Valley Foundation, “The art contest is a great way to get our school children involved with the World Cup races,” explained Ceil Folz, president of the Vail Valley Foundation.
Children ages 7-9 and 10-12 are invited to submit posters to the contest for a chance to win prizes including a pizza party at Pazzo's in Avon, an autographed copy of the winning poster from the Birds of Prey U.S. Ski Team and more.
