The Talon Crew is amongst the most respected World Cup race crews in the world. Each year the Vail Valley Foundation utilizes approximately 200 volunteers each day during the Birds of Prey Race Week. This volunteer race corps, deemed the "Talon Crew" racks up a daunting 25,000 hours of volunteer service each year for the Birds of Prey. That works out to be roughly 1041 days or 2.8 years of service each year. Our sincere thanks goes out to the Talon Crew... without them the Birds of Prey would not be possible.
