Enjoy a collection of photos and videos below from Chee-Yun & Friends at the Vilar Performing Arts Center on 1.6.10. Her breathtaking performance was part of the 2009-2010 Classical Series, and all proceeds from this very special evening were contributed to the June S. Kang Love of the Arts Scholarship Fund.
The June S. Kang Love of the Arts Scholarship Fund provides financial support to students in the Valley Valley that are pursuing an education in the arts. The Fund was established in tribute to June S. Kang, a Valley resident, whose lifelong passion for the arts will now live on.
The Classical Series continues this month at the VPAC with The Vanguard Jazz Orchestra on January 14th and the Colorado Symphony Orchestra on January 25.
